We accept returns within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the order delivery date for purchases made in Europe.
Products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
Products must include all accessories, labels and original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged.

Order number.
Details of the products you wish to return.
Reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and pickup instructions.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the products.
Once we receive the returned products, our quality control team will carry out an inspection to ensure that they meet the return conditions.
If the returned products meet our return conditions, we will process a refund to the customer’s original payment method within 3 business days, after choosing the new model to replace.
In the case of returns for issues other than defective, damaged or wrong products, refunds will include the price of the product and applicable taxes, but not the original shipping costs.
If you receive defective, damaged or wrong products please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and will replace faulty or damaged products at no additional cost.
We accept a maximum of 3 products per order for return. If you wish to return more than 3 products, we recommend contacting our customer service team for additional guidance.
